Fiddle Week Camping

Each year, the Snake River Heritage Center opens its spacious lawn to participants in the National Oldtime Fiddler's Contest & Festival and the Idaho Bluegrass & Banjo Camp.

Good news! By popular request, we now accept credit cards for camping payment at the Museum office. Your Reservation Deposit can still be sent by a check if you prefer, or you can pay that online with a credit card here!  Just don't forget to still submit the "Application for Camping" form so we know when you'll be here and what space you want!

Vendors interested in securing space at the SRHC during the National Old Time Fiddle Week (Wednesday, June 12 through Saturday, June 22, 2024) can download an application here.

$100 Arts and Crafts booth, for any portion of the Festival.  

$125 Food Booth, for any portion of the Festival.  

$25 pre-registration reservation deposit (non-refundable after May 31) to hold your space in advance. Please indicate the space you want (there's a map on the page with the reservation form), and an alternate.  All reservations are on a fist-come basis. 

The reservation deposit can be paid with a credit card through our Square portal here (will open in a new tab).

Total price includes 6% Idaho sales tax and 2% Idaho entertainment tax.

• $27 per day for RV's under 30 ft. ($25 + tax)
• $15 per day for van or pickup/camper. ($13.89 + tax)
• $10 per day for tents; approx. 11x11 ft space; no vehicle parking in campground. Parking is available in back or on the street. ($9.26 + tax)

Campsites

• $25 (one time fee). The pole is near R7. For spaces far from the pole, bring a long, heavy duty extension cord. Contact Kati or CJ at weiserweek@gmail.com if you have any questions.  
• Sorry, we do not have extra power for air conditioners.
• Payment for the electricity hook-up will be collected at check-in

Vendors

• $20 per 20 amp cord. 
• $25 per 50 amp. (Limited availability).  

                    Circuits less than 50 amp will not power air conditioners.

• No Fee. You must provide your own “Y”. Only for filling tanks early mornings  and late evenings; not for full-time use. 

• Shower is available on request from 9 am to 9 pm. The fee will be $3 for 20 minutes, or 4 slots for $10.  
• Payment for showers will be collected at check-in or as needed throughout the event.

Can I bring a generator?

No.

Can I bring a Boom Box?

No.

Can I bring a radio to impress my neighbors with my awesomely eclectic playlist?

No.
